Curation and care

Our Curators choose what belongs in SimplyFound and keep the collection under review. They look for relevance, practical use and clear details, and help us update or remove finds that no longer fit. Our guides give you questions and comparisons to make your own choice.

What our labels mean

“Source research” means we used publicly available provider or merchant information. “Details checked” refers to the last source check, not a purchase or personal test. A hands-on review must document who tested, when, the task, evidence and limitations. We do not invent customer reviews, ratings or outcome guarantees.

Selection and commercial influence

Relevance, clear product details and the judgement of Our Curators shape the collection. Affiliate eligibility and campaign performance also influence which finds we feature. Guides may include non-affiliate sources and alternatives. We may earn from qualifying purchases; payments, delivery and refunds remain with the seller. Historical earnings do not prove that a current campaign or link will credit a purchase.

Quality and freshness

Retail prices need a recent check before we display them as current. Course, software and health-related information receives additional editorial care. We preserve original dates and URLs when updating content. If we cannot confirm a detail, we leave it unverified rather than guessing.

Corrections

Email [email protected] with the page URL, the statement and a primary source. Substantive corrections are recorded in our editorial history. Current guides were introduced on 10 October 2026; that is their publication date, not evidence of earlier testing.

Our testing worksheet

A documented review records the goal, input, environment, version or plan, steps, output, failed checks and whether access or payment was provided by the seller. “Not tested” stays distinct from “failed”. New languages and specialist claims require adequate editorial review before publication.
