How the calculation works
Monthly total = monthly price × months × seats. Annual total = annual price × whole years paid × seats, rounded up to cover your entire usage period. One-time total = one-time price × seats. Simple break-even = one-time price ÷ monthly price, rounded up.
Use equivalent plans. Enter zero only when a plan is actually free; leave an unknown input blank rather than assuming a price. We do not account for inflation, financing charges, exchange rates, cancellation credits or different plan limits.
